Hello Launchpad Translators,

Is there a way to accelerate the review process?  BleachBit uses
structured permissions, which generally seems like a good idea, but
some languages have old, unaccepted translations.

Any thoughts about open translation permissions?

Examples:
* Norwegian Nynorsk has 150 items that need review, and many are two years old
* Greek has 107 items that need review, and some are four years old.
* Portuguese has 71 items that need review
* Korean has 34 items that need review
