xubuntu-docs templates

I would like to manually upload the POT templates for the 'xubuntu-docs' 
package. Could someone tell me how to do that?

Currently, there are a lot of Xubuntu templates in queue for the 
'ubuntu-docs' package (here: 
https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+source/ubuntu-docs/+imports 
). that's a mistake, though; those should be removed. for the 
'xubuntu-docs' package, there are currently only the old feisty 
templates available (here: 
https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+source/xubuntu-docs/+translations). 
Those should also be removed, and they should be replaced by the new POT 
files which I want to upload manually.
