PPA Build #493318 failed - make: autoreconf: Command not found

Hi,

I'm trying to build packages using PPA but it failed with the following error:
....
dh_clean
 debian/rules build
autoreconf -i
make: autoreconf: Command not found
make: *** [configure-stamp] Error 127
******************************************************************************
Build finished at 20080118-0232
FAILED [dpkg-buildpackage died]
....

I'm new to packaging. Can someone please guide me how to resolve this,
or if it is missing something on the build server itself?
