Reading through your e-mail, it looks like you're trying to upload to
"cinnamon-extras" that's a disabled PPA (according to LP) instead of
"cinnamonextras" which is your active PPA.
Maybe it's just a matter of removing that "-" from your dput
configuration and everything will just work?
