From the upload log:

  INFO Upload was rejected:
  INFO 	Cannot build any of the architectures requested: armel armhf

For performance and security reasons, PPAs can't build for ARM (except
for a few special cases for trusted Canonical and Linaro people). You're
limited to x86 builds.
