PPA uploads must be for the RELEASE pocket

Hello
       I want to upload ubiquity-2.10.20 to my ppa on LaunchPad, but the email respond to me rejected my pocket.
       It said: "PPA uploads must be for the RELEASE pocket.", I do not understand what does it mean. In the changelog file,
       I add the context and you can see in the attachment picture.Do I need tochangetheversion number to 2.10.21 or not ? I need your help.
