The logs for your most recent upload attempt say that we sent you this
email:

The problem here is that you've put "tunnel" in the first line of your
debian/changelog file.  That field needs to contain the name of the
Ubuntu release that your upload should be built for, and there's no
Ubuntu release called "tunnel".  For instance, if you want to build it
for Ubuntu 20.04 (focal), then the first line of debian/changelog should
look like this:

  potato (1.0-1) focal; urgency=medium
