can not re-upload deleted file

I can not upload a new version of my package bundsteg_1.2-3, because it contains an essentially same file, however with different gzip timestamp:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/1972092

I have then manually excluded this file from the upload with dput and dput has written that it did not upload this file but the complaint has stayed the same:

> dput elstel-ubuntu bundsteg_1.2-3_source.changes
Uploading to elstel-ubuntu (via ftp to ppa.launchpad.net):
  Uploading bundsteg_1.2-3.dsc: done.
  Uploading bundsteg_1.2-3.diff.gz: done.
  Uploading bundsteg_1.2-3_source.buildinfo: done.
  Uploading bundsteg_1.2-3_source.changes: done.
Successfully uploaded packages.

> email received thereupon
Rejected:
File bundsteg_1.2.orig.tar.gz already exists in packages for elstel, but uploaded version has different contents. See more information about this error in https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/UploadErrors. Files specified in DSC are broken or missing, skipping package unpack verification.

bundsteg (1.2-3) jammy; urgency=low

  * changed debain/rules to compile without OBS under Debian and Ubuntu
does not reference ../SOURCES/ any more

---
This seems like an error to me.

I can not even include the old file in the upload, because I have deleted it online and thus can not get this file of same zip-timestamp.

Yours,
Elmar
