Hi Jack,

To my understanding you cannot re-upload a package with the same version
number, see https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+faq/990, but you need
to bump the version number.

What you possibly also could do would be to copy the package from noble to
jammy if it works without modification, and if the garbage collection has
not kicked in.
