Hello you fuzzy searchers

I have just pushed an update that changes the license of libcolumbus 
from GPLv3 to LGPLv3, so now it can be used by even more applications.

The main task we have currently is finalising the API and ABI. For this 
we need help from as many people as possible. Try out the code. Use it, 
abuse it, break it. Tell us if it is working as expected. Are there 
features you need? Are there pain points in the API? Let us know as soon 
as possible, because at this point in time we can change API with 
impunity. Once we have a supportable release, it will be a lot more 
difficult.
