Thanks to Jonathan, all of these are confirmed to work:

  Iceweasel 3.5.16:                    works fine (no warnings)
  Chromium 9.0.597.98:                 works fine (no warnings)
  Chromium 11.0.671.0:                 works fine (no warnings)
  Firefox 3.6.13:                      works fine (no warnings)
  IE 8.0.6001.18702 (Windows XP SP3):  works fine (no warnings)
  IE 7.0.5730.13 (Windows XP SP3):     works fine (no warnings)
  IE 6.0.2900.5512 (Windows XP SP3):   works fine (no warnings)
  Opera 10.63.6450:                    works fine (no warnings)
  Opera 11.01.1190:                    works fine (no warnings)
  Safari (unknown version):            works fine (no warnings)

So it's looking pretty good.

Unfortunately, we noticed that in IE and Safari, the first access to the
server is _really_ slow. No idea if the browser is doing
certificate-checking work of some work, but we're talking 30s to 1 min. I've
never seen that before...
