Hello,

today we discussed, what needs to be prepared, before moving the libravatar
service to the new implementation prepared by ofalk.
Besides the obvious (testing!) it seems to boil down to data migration.

The current implementation is Django-based (on a bit older version) and stores
account data in the database and account pictures in the filesystem.
The new implementation stores everything in the database.

Who of you would be willing to prepare this?
