CPU got detected correctly, memory was set to 200MHz like it should but
nothing more. I gave up.

Bug description:
  I have Pandaboard EA1 which was running fine with older Linaro images.
  Today I booted it with fresh image (after some time of offline) and
  got this:

  U-Boot SPL 2011.09 (Nov 22 2011 - 20:54:48)
  Texas Instruments OMAP4430 ES2.0
  SDRAM: identified size not same as expected size identified: 0 expected: 40000000

  Board hang.
