[Bug 1300335] [NEW] remove the -c state option

 

Public bug reported:

The -c state was introduced by Benoit Cousson to ignore some states.
That was a workaround when some idle opened states were there.

That has been solved by waking up all cpus at the beginning of the
acquisition, thus preventing to have closed idle states not detected.
Having this option is pointless,  not worth and confusing.
