[Bug 1335382] [NEW] idlestat output formatting slightly askew on x86 targets

Public bug reported:

My machine supports a C state "C1E-IVB" which is too wide for the state
column and pushes all the numeric fields one tab to the right.
Perhaps the tabulated output should be emitted with spaces between
columns rather than tabs and adjusted for wide C state fields.

Attached is an example output.

** Affects: linaro-power-idlestat
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Attachment added: "example of output with wide C state column"
