Hi Jamie (et al),

One of our intents next cycle is to try and allow greater community
participation without it negatively impacting the working groups.

As we start to progress with the 11.11 requirements from the TSC, and
any other work items we'd like to have done, I very much would like
you, the team leads, and the PMs to earmark blueprints that community
members could possibly work on.  Perhaps simply in the description.

My intent here is that Michael O. will be able to use these identified
blueprints when engaging with the community and be able to provide
them readily defined opportunities to work with us.
