Joey,
For the KWG, we should mention
Device Tree progress: devicetree/arm  has everything needed to turn on basic
device tree support for any platform.  Basic enablment for currently
supported   boards has began.
John Stultz has published an article on lwn.net "Waking systems from
suspend"   http://lwn.net/Articles/429925/ which received good
review/comment from the Android kernel team (Bryan Swetland)
