Re: Items to discuss on the next PM Call (Thursday)

On the agenda for the Proj Mgmt Meeting on Thursday - Is this the bi-weekly (ie. 2x a week) PM meetings that Joey was running previously?

I did a little formatting change to bring the Agile Deployment to the top level.

I do hope we can move the start time to alittle later than 6am.

More thoughts: The agenda is very meaty and important. We could spend a day on one of these topics!

May I make a suggestion? Perhaps at the first meeting on this restart, we should focus on a smaller agenda:

- Introductions
- Clarity Purpose and Outputs of the meeting
- How we will manage the meeting
	- Moderator(s)
	- Recording Information
	- Expectations on the mechanics of the meeting (for example, when I've had virtual meetings, we first said who we are and then got to what we want to say)
	- How decisions and commitments will be made
	- etc.
- What are the key priorities over the next month? What is the plan for those priorities?

Then at the next meeting we can get to the meaty items if we don't have time.

Thoughts?
