I have also added my comments now. The main points for my perspective

- allow blocking/impeding or obsoleting tasks - metrics should be
updated accordingly

- increased the priority for connection to launchpad, or any other
requirements management tool - in order to avoid duplication of work for
engineers

- something I have not seen in any tool: making sure that items which
are left idle for some time get enough colorful presentation to attract
the eye - same could be asked for impeded items, as well as technical debt
