Hi,

One the "What Now?" slide there is this:

"target those against milestones and not arbitrary work items => smart
work item scheduling"

I'm not sure what that means.

On "Benefits for Engineers and Leads" there is

"train execute delivery (becomes the norm; process has to be right)"

I'm not sure what "train execute delivery" means.

At a higher level I think that the Operational Planning section could do
with being re-ordered. Currently it's all over the map and hard to
follow all the changes. If it started at the TSC and TRs, explained how
they would be injected, worked through the drafting process and on to
implementation then it would likely be easier to follow. Right now it's
hard for me to say if the proposed things are good changes or not as
it's hard to get a good picture of the overall system.
