Android kernel commandline wants some android-specific tokens, but a non-android kernel should just ignore them, subject to testing.
Zach's right they boot.scrs should ideally be independent for Android or Ubuntu... I realize it's a bit late to discover that but we literally are just able to make a meaningful Android LT kernel for the first time these last days.
