The instance now has a static IP and the DNS (bip.linaro.org) rt ticket has been requested.
I moved all the current accounts and will turn it on once the DNS records are updated. ETA end of this week. 

For a first stage, I would like to setup 

 - All PMs
 - All team leads interested
 - All management

We can think about adding more people later on. 

Guys who have their own IRC proxy servers, can continue to do so.
