This you could use LP for I think? If not, what is the extra stuff that
you would want to see on status?

This is team focused then? I don't think that management is going to be
particularly interested in seeing a list of all the workitems targeted
to a milestone? Remember that you can drill down to the workitems for
any particular blueprint.

There's some dispute on that from Alexander, could we discuss that

Aside from the details of what we do here, I'm not sure that we need to
do much at all for "version 1", as we don't need to display data for
past months until we've completed at least one month.

That's what I mean by defer.

I'm not sure that we need to write all this down for phase 2? A lot will
change as we work on and use phase 1, so I'm not sure how much use a
list of things we thought we needed will be useful at that time?
