I agree on displaying card warning on lane view if:
- there is missing acceptance criteria for a card itself
- there are zero blueprints
I disagree on displaying card warning on lane view:
- by trying to auto guess that a card is stuck based on blueprint
healthcheck info
- by trying to roll up something from the deep down work item level
Remember that we want to better decouple engineering execution details from
high level steering and planning.
Also, putting a warning mark on a high level card consumed by our members
and product management should probably be a _manual_ exception process and
should come with proper explanation and potential mitigation plan.
