to better support the workflow and stakeholder flow that we are implementing
we should have the card view table split up in tables based on where a
blueprint is in our agile work flow:
+ Completed table (big green table right on top)
+ Coming next (give the audience clear message was is worked on and will
come out of the machine next)
+ Planned next (give audience a clear indication what will be worked on
next if noone jumps in and makes a point that something else from backlog
should be rather get higher priority)
+ Backlog (give audience a list of things that are discussed about and show
them in agreed priority if stakeholders of that team prefers to)
Note:
I propose to _not_ show a dropped table inline on that page as that would
again make folks believe that this is the "failure". Instead I would propose
to have a link below the other tables to a separate page that shows the
"abandoned ideas" or "idea graveyard" etc.
One important thing that I think we should put on the card view as well is
the contact email address of the owning PM. In this way the ambitious TSC
member or other interested stakeholders know how to contact if they want to
propose change of priority and propose something else as "next" ... or if
they want something else to go into the backlog.
