With the upcoming release, layout of releases.linaro.org has changed.

Image that used to be in eg.
http://releases.linaro.org/platform/linaro-n/android/11.09/leb-panda/ is
now in http://releases.linaro.org/11.10/android/leb-panda/.

We need to ensure that we respect the old layout since it's not changing
for older releases.
