Public bug reported:

We should move the Google analytics js from templates/base.html to
themes/linaro to facilitate merging the linaro and trunk branches.
Ubuntu also wanted to use GA and have added their code in
themes/ubuntu/templates/body.html.

That file is not there in the Linaro theme atm so it will require a
little research how to create that so to not break anything.
