That's right, it's something I plan on doing for the next release.
Currently U-Boot doesn't actually read the config options set by the
media create tools (Bug #880859). I plan on fixing that for next month
so I created this bug to track the fact that the tools need updating to
supply the desired options to U-Boot.

Bug description:
To improve MMC performance on vexpress-a9 the MMC clock speed should
be set with the kernel argument "mmci.fmax=4000000" (See bug #860390).
This is set in vexpress harware pack for use with LEB, but for
Android this needs to be hard coded into l-a-m-c.
