Title:
Terminal Services Client not showing in Docky
Status in Do:
Fix Released
Bug description:
When opening a Terminal Services Client session via the icon I've
placed on Docky for quick usage, I connect to a session which opens
another window to connect to my remote machine. However this window
does not appear on Docky and once connected the Terminal Services
Client closes whilst the session box is now the active program.
Therefore if I click on the icon again in Docky it will open a
separate Terminal Services Client box.
The real issue is if I move to another desktop after opening a Remote
Session, I cannot go back to it via Docky, like you would if you
opened Firefox. It just opens a new session if I click on the icon.
Attached are three screenshots, you'll notice on the third that the
dot has now been removed. On further investigation, tsclient is what
is started when the icon is clicked and once connected to the remote
session rdesktop is spawned and this is where the problem occurs.
rdesktop is not shown in docky, therefore not active in docky. Is
there anyway to get this included?
