  Do cannot open files with double quotes in their names

Bug description:
  Do passes filenames to xdg-open surrounded by double quotes.
  Unfortunately this means that parts of filenames containing double
  quotes get interpreted as separate arguments, causing xdg-open to
  error out. The attached patch deals with this by escaping the filename
  as a URI.

  A slightly different version of this problem seems to occur when
  trying to copy or move these oddly named files with Do, but I'm not
  sure where to start when it comes to fixing that.
