Status in A Lightweight SQL Database for Cloud Infrastructure and Web Applications:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  We don't have many online (non-copying) ALTER TABLE operations. We
  only have ENABLE/DISABLE keys and RENAME table. otherwise, we should
  error out. we don't.
