Some daily updates ago I found that mythnews and mythweather do not show
in mythfrontend (under Information Center) anymore though they are still
installed. Reinstalling them (purge followed by install) makes no
difference. Running MythTV 0.25 from Ubuntu Updates.

Relevant log entries seem to be:

mythfrontend.log.1:2011-06-12 23:23:57.865964  [22131] CoreContext mythplugin.cpp:53 (init) - MythPlugin::init() dlerror: /usr/lib/mythtv/plugins/libmythnews.so: no se puede abrir el fichero del objeto compartido: No existe el fichero o el directorio
