ok, I've been trying to solve this, and finally got it solved. open a
terminal, put "sudo gedit /etc/chromium-browser/default" and then add a
line "LC_NUMERIC=POSIX" (without the inverted commas)

  I'm using Ubuntu 11.04 and Chromium Browser 11.0.696.57. After I
  upgraded Chromium to version 11 I found a bug. When I'm downloading a
  file it doesn't say how much minutes is left, instead it says NaN mins
  left.
