In Ubuntu I've been hoping that bug #704231 will be fixed, although it's
obviously not been a priority with the Compiz/Unity folks.
I guess a proper solution would be to have a fallback list of shortcuts,
a persistent notification when the primary shortcut is unavailable, and
(if possible) detect when the preferred shortcut key is blocked. I
guess we could possibly do that by checking whether we can register a
grab on each modifier component of the shortcut? We can't check for
<super>+<space>, because mutter kindly eats *all* <super> keypresses.

Bug description:
OS = Fedora 13 Gnome running Gnome shell.
Gnome-do when launched from the terminal will come up, however the keyboard shortcut fails to respond.
Tried changing the shortcut to alternatives but still fails.
