Once time  you have done that.
Could you run openshot help in a console with the  following command :
yelp ghelp:/usr/share/gnome/help/openshot/en_GB/openshot.xml
If English is not your language (like for me) you can run it in your language but check before the good appellation for this one.
For sample for French you 'll have:
yelp ghelp:/usr/share/gnome/help/openshot/fr/openshot.xml
