With the removal of the transaction_log (file-based) plugin, we should also remove tests for it.
We did most of this, but forgot the dbqp randgen/trx_log suite as the entire dbqp system will be updated to kewpie.

Writing this bug to cover the patch as we can clean this up quickly /
the entire removal will take some time to minimize impact to Jenkins /
build & merge operations.
