[Bug 950470] [NEW] Zooming in on 1 Second Setting Reduces Scroll

When I zoom in to the one second view it cuts off what I can see after 5:19.5. I can see the entire timeline on every other setting, just not when I'm zoomed in all the way.
I'm on Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit using version 1.4.0.
