Public bug reported:

Daniel has made a great job in making sure that every plugin at least
has some stub documentation. However, after that work, the ipv6_function
plugin has been added and it lacks documentation. Please provide at
least the basic level of docs/index.rst documentation as can be find in
other plugins.
