[Bug 964227] [NEW] first and last frame in exported video are horizontally stretched

Public bug reported:

This is unbelievable. When you export a video, the first and last* frame
of the exported video are always slightly shrinked horizontally, while
all the other frames are exported correctly. in the shrinked frames,
thin vertical black bands are added at the left and right.

I'll try to attach an example source video and an example of exported video which has been created as follows:
- create a new project
- import the source video
- put it in the timeline
- using the shissors, cut a piece of video, remove the rest
- put the remaining slice at the beginning of the timeline
- export the video with the following profile:
-- 640x480 size
-- 25 fps
-- mov container
-- mjpeg codec

** Affects: openshot
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
