Public bug reported:

Since upgrading to 0.25 nightly builds from 0.24 nightly builds, the BBC
weather scripts - bbccurrentxml.pl/bbcthreedayxml.pl no longer find any
UK Locations.

$base_url = 'http://newsrss.bbc.co.uk/weather/forecast/'; - taken from
the scripts also comes back with a 'BBC 404 page not found' if run via a
browser.

My current setup is kubuntu 11.04 with Mythbuntu Control Centre and
Mythfrontend fixes/0.25 (v0.25.1)
