[Bug 1028792] [NEW] Package dependencies cannot be resolved

Public bug reported:

I am running Ubuntu 12.04 Precise.

Openshot was removed from my system by one of the updates I did this
month using Update Manager. When I tried to install it again (from
Software Center), I got this error:

"Package dependencies cannot be resolved

The following packages have unmet dependencies:

openshot: Depends: python (>= 2.5) but 2.7.3-0ubuntu2 is to be
installed".

Please let me know (with instructions) if there is any more information
you need that I can give you.
