[Bug 1057979] Re: Disabling video does not work in 1.4.3 alpha
Here are the steps to reproduce:
1. Add a clip to the timeline.
2. Choose any speed other then "Normal speed" from the speed tab in the properties dialog.
3. Click on the eye icon on the clip for hiding the video.
4. Press "Play".
Result: the video is still shown.
Now, I'm not shure in what scenario you would want to do this, because
if you change the speed of a clip, the audio is muted. So if you also
hide the video, there is no audio nor video, which is pretty useless
imho.

Title:
Disabling video does not work in 1.4.3 alpha
Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
Incomplete
Bug description:
I pulled 1.4.3 alpha from the repositories and launch it in Ubuntu
11.10 by "~/openshot/bin/openshot". If I disable the video inside the
track by the crossed circle it is still shown in preview. I would
expect the preview to be black.
I could not see any error messages on the command line.
The project is attached as archive (extract by "tar -xvzf
OPenshot_Faketiltshift.tgz").
