  Synaptic should point to the DDTP

Status in Package Descriptions for Ubuntu (to make translation easy):
  Invalid
Status in Ubuntu Software Center:
  New
Status in The synaptic package manager:
  New

Bug description:
  We could point the user to the DDTP translations in each individual
  software summary shown in Ubuntu App Center or Synaptic. There would
  be a button called "Translate those descriptions"
