Openshot Version 1.4.3

I should like to request a toggle in the Preferences for the default
fade in/out speeds.

Whenever I install Openshot I go to MainGTK.py and change the default
fade in/out speeds to 1.0 (fast) and 2.0 (slow).  It's not a big deal
for me to jump in there when I need to, but I think it would be really
handy to have a toggle in the Preferences.

Please refer to the attached ZIP file which contains a sample of what
the source code might look like -- it's very simple, but I'm not really
a programmer -- and a screenshot of a mock-up of the Preferences window.
