[Bug 1132363] [NEW] Exporting produces a distorted file

Public bug reported:

I have a video of a my recorded desktop (Ubuntu 12.04).

I want to put this on YouTube. But I had to cut a few seconds off from
the middle of the video.

Then I exported it. First tried DVD format. Then tried 'All' formats. In
both cases, the resulting file appears distorted.

By this I mean that the audio starts off with the correct start but the
video is of bits and pieces from the middle of the video.

OpenShot version: 1.4.0

I installed this using Ubuntu software center.

** Affects: openshot
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
