  dbqp --debug needs renaming + refactoring

Bug description:
  The --debug option in dbqp needs to be renamed.
  debug is reserved for indicating something related to the server under test.

  We need to change the name to something like --debug-script like test-run.pl
  Additionally, debug is currently VERY verbose.  We output information related to server state as well as producing output showing class attributes.

  We should probably create two debug options (or have debug serve as a
  counter with increasing output).

  It is probably easiest to just create a second option and hack the
  classes that use logging_management's debug_class() to rely on the new
  option rather than debug.
