  distcheck doesn't build correctly when including memcached

Status in A Lightweight SQL Database for Cloud Infrastructure and Web Applications:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When configuring with memcached:

  ./configure --with-
  memcached=/home/lbieber/build/memcached/bin/memcached --with-
  libmemcached-prefix=/home/lbieber/build/libmemcached/  && make
  distcheck

  it does not run the memcached tests.  Running a "configure....... &&
  make && make test" does
