Public bug reported:

A  dependency ordering bug means that in Saucy distributions of mythweb,
localisations are not being loaded, and Mythweb's labels are all showing
notrans errors.

This is a somewhat cosmetic for english users, but quite a bit of a
problem for users in other languages. A patch has been added upstream,
but hasn't been back ported to the stable branch. It's a very simple
change, just changing the order of loading some dependencies.
