[Bug 1243545] [NEW] Old Ubuntu version number (13.04) in Saucy manual

In Getting Started with Ubuntu 13.10 (Chapter "The Ubuntu Desktop",
p.28):
"Just as Windows has \application{Windows Explorer} and Mac
\acronym{OS~X} has \application{Finder} to browse files and folders,
Ubuntu 13.04 uses the \application{Files} file manager by default."
Must be 13.10 for Saucy.
