I don't undestand the bzr-xmloutput package description (see
https://translations.launchpad.net/ddtp-ubuntu/precise/+pots/ddtp-
ubuntu-universe/fr/2906/+translate). Does the plugin provide an access
to an XML/RPC interface?  Does it provide an interface to access a
XML/RPC? Does it provide an XML/RPC interface to access the core Bazaar
commands? Or something else?
